Liberty Fever Wins CINE Golden Eagle Award

Cortina Productions’ introductory film for the American Revolution Museum at Yorktown is a winner at the 61st CINE Golden Eagle Awards.

Cortina Productions is excited to announce that “Liberty Fever,” the introductory film for the American Revolution Museum at Yorktown, has been awarded the CINE Golden Eagle Award in the Exhibit category. For over 60 years, CINE has recognized and honored excellence in mediamaking through criteria focused on storytelling, originality, and meeting the needs of the intended audience.

Intended to evoke an emotional connection with characters living during the American Revolution, “Liberty Fever” juxtaposes live-action film segments alongside moving panoramas popular during the late 18th and early 19th centuries. Through these personal accounts, viewers watch the spread of ‘liberty fever’ unfold before them. From change and choice to battle and legacy, themes presented in the film are designed to reflect key messages in the new galleries.
