Kate is an integral member of the director team and supports all phases of production. She specializes in strategic high-level project planning, ensuring appropriate staffing of our production teams, hiring qualified team members, managing the company-wide budget, and working with the business development team to create cost estimates for new work. Throughout project development, Kate works extensively with the production team behind the scenes to ensure all of our projects are running smoothly and stay on schedule and budget. She also collaborates with multidisciplinary teams as a project manager and has extensive experience overseeing all phases of media production, including film, interactive exhibits, and mobile applications. As a part of the leadership team, Kate also helps define and improve processes and procedures to define and cultivate our company culture.

Kate graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast, Telecommunications, and Mass Media with a minor in Spanish.
