Kia provides project cohesion by communicating ideas and goals with clients. Kia has produced numerous large-scale films for clients like the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture, the Atlanta History Center, and the Aquarium of the Pacific.

Kia earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Filmmaking from the School of Visual Arts in New York.
