La Nube is an exciting new children’s museum and STEAM discovery center in El Paso, TX. Spanning more than 70,000 square feet across four stories, the unique museum caters to the kid in all of us with hands-on interactives and fun learning experiences that invite imagination, creativity, and exploration. Working collaboratively with the museum team, Cortina Productions developed 28 unique media exhibits for this project, offering innovative and memorable media experiences focused on participatory learning, encouraging curiosity and creativity, and future-facing technology. At the center of the visitor experience is a personalization system using RFID wristbands that allows guests to create a profile and save photo and video takeaways that are also accessible through a custom microsite. The entire museum is featured in both English and Spanish and all of the interactive media uses EZ Keypads to increase accessibility for guests with disabilities.
