Saturday Night Live – The Experience

Saturday Night Live – The Experience is the first full-scale traveling exhibition celebrating the longest running comedy program on television. Visitors experience a week in the life of the legendary show. Cortina Productions produced more than 29 films and audio exhibits for the project. This work included a three-screen introduction film narrated by Alec Baldwin, an eight-screen control room film, a large fully animated table projection, and a four-screen “conversation” video using interviews with Saturday Night Live writers. We worked closely with the client team including Broadway Video to develop and produce the finale experience on a replica of the studio 8H stage hosted by Tina Fey.

SNL - The Experience opened to a successful run in New York City. It was on display at the Museum of Broadcast Communications in Chicago through December 2018.
